Google Play Billing is a subscription agreement between Google and you, and FOD SHORT provides its services based on information shared with Google.
Since customer information related to subscription agreements is managed by Google, please contact Google for any questions regarding billing or the contract.
■Payment Methods
Google Play Billing allows you to pay using the payment method selected in your Google Account.
If you register a credit card with your Google Account, your statement will appear as "GOOGLE*FOD."
*The statement wording may vary depending on your card company.
■Contract Period/Billing Date
The Contract period is from the registration date to the day before the same day the following month/on the registration date.
If there is no same day the following month, your contract period will be one month, ending one day before the end of the following month.
Example: If you register on August 8th
Contract Period: August 8th - September 7th
Your next billing will be on September 8th.
-Re-registration within the same month
If you cancel your contract and re-register within the same month, there will be no new charges.
■ How to Check Your Subscription Status
Your subscription status will differ depending on the "Subscription" option in your Android device's settings. Please see below.
How it Appears on an Android Device (Smartphone)
1. If you currently have a SHORT Unlimited subscription through Google Play Billing
① Your subscription is displayed as "Active".
You currently subscribe to SHORT Unlimited through Google Play Billing.
② "Cancelled" is displayed.
You can use SHORT Unlimited until your subscription expiration date.
SHORT Unlimited will be canceled after the expiration date.
③ "Expired" is displayed.
You may be logged in with a different Google account.
Please log in with your current Google account and check your subscription status.
2. If you have canceled SHORT Unlimited
① "Expired" is displayed.
You do not have a SHORT Unlimited subscription through Google Play Billing, and your subscription has been successfully canceled.
② "Cancelled" is displayed.
You can use SHORT Unlimited until your subscription expiration date.
SHORT Unlimited will be canceled after the expiration date.
If your subscription has already expired, please contact the FOD SHORT Support Center.
③ Your subscription is displayed as "Active".
Please contact the FOD SHORT Support Center.
■ How to Check Your Payment History
You can check your payment history in the email monthly sent to the email address associated with your registered Google account.
■ Important Notes on Cancellation

- Your contract will automatically continue unless you cancel.
- The closing date for cancellation is one day before the last day of your contract period, but there may be the case that you are temporarily charged for the following month's usage fee on the closing date. We recommend that you cancel at least two days before the last day of your contract period.
After completing the cancellation procedure, you will be able to use the service until your next renewal date.
