If you would like to cancel your SHORT Unlimited subscription, you need to cancel on the settings of your device, not in FOD SHORT app.
Please follow the steps below on your smartphone or tablet.

■Cancel your subscription on iOS
You can cancel from your iPhone or iPad.
1. Open your device's "Settings" and tap "Your Name."
2. Confirm your Apple ID at the top and tap "Subscriptions."
You may need to sign in.
3. The contents you are currently subscribing will be displayed; Please select FOD SHORT from the content list.
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription."
5. Tap "Confirm" to complete the cancellation process.
*The cancellation deadline is two days before your subscription date each month.
Your subscription will automatically continue unless you cancel.
Even if you cancel before your next renewal date, there will be no pro rata calculation of the fee.
However, you will be able to use video streaming and other features until the day before your next renewal date.

■Cancel Google Play subscription
You can cancel your subscription via the Google Play app on your Android smartphone or tablet.
1. Open the "Google Play Store" app on your Android device.
2. Click "Payment and Subscriptions" from the Google Account menu.
3. Click "Subscriptions."
4. Select FOD SHORT and click "Cancel Subscription."
5. Select the reason for cancellation and click "Cancel Subscription."
6. Your cancellation is complete when you see the message "Cancelled."
*The cancellation deadline is the day before your registration date each month.
Your subscription will automatically continue unless you cancel it.
Even if you cancel before your next renewal date, there will be no pro rata calculation of the fee.
However, you will be able to continue using services such as watching videos until the day before your next renewal date.
