You can unsubscribe the app by the cancellation procedure on your device.

To delete your user information, you need to cancel your SHORT Unlimited subscription first.
*If you would like to delete your payment ID or payment method, please contact the relevant payment service.
Once deleted, you will no longer be able to use the following services and will not be able to restore them.
・User ID
・Gold balance
・Limited-term membership
・My List
・Playback history
・Charge history
・Purchase history
・Browser history
<How to delete user information>
1. From the app information on My Page, click "User Information Settings."
2. Click "Delete Account / Delete User."
3. Agree to delete and click "Delete user information."
4. Your user information will be deleted.
If you would like to use the service again with a different account, please restart the app.
