■How to check your iOS device contract status
Your SHORT Unlimited contract status may not be immediately reflected Using iTunes Store payments.
Please confirm that the Apple ID which currently you are logging in to the FOD SHORT app or your iOS device is the same account you have subscribed to, and check both the contract status in the FOD SHORT app and the subscription status in the iOS device settings.
1. If you currently subscribe to SHORT Unlimited through iTunes Store payments
① Your subscription is displayed as "Active".
You currently subscribe to SHORT Unlimited through iTunes Store payments.
② "Your subscription is expiring." is displayed.
You will be able to use SHORT Unlimited until your subscription expiration date.
Your SHORT Unlimited subscription will be canceled after the expiration date.
③ "You've canceled your subscription." is displayed.
You may be using a different Apple ID.
Please log in with the exact AppleID which you used for subscribing to SHORT Unlimited and check your SHORT Unlimited subscription status.
2. If you have canceled SHORT Unlimited
① "You've canceled your subscription" is displayed.
You do not have a SHORT Unlimited subscription through the iTunes Store, and your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
② "Your subscription is expiring." is displayed.
You can use SHORT Unlimited until the subscription expiration date.
SHORT Unlimited will be cancelled on the expiration date.
If your subscription has already been expired, please contact the FOD SHORT Support Center.
③ Your subscription is displayed as "Active."

■How to Check Your Android Device Subscription Status
Your subscription status will differ depending on the "Subscription" option in your Android device's settings. Please see below.

1. If you currently have a SHORT Unlimited subscription through Google Play Billing
① Your subscription is displayed as "Active".
You are currently subscribing to SHORT Unlimited through Google Play Billing.
② Your subscription is displayed as "Cancelled."
You can use SHORT Unlimited until your subscription expiration date.
SHORT Unlimited will be canceled after the expiration date.
③ Your subscription is displayed as "Expired."
You may be using a different Google account.
Please log in with your current Google account and check your subscription status.
2. If you have cancelled SHORT Unlimited
①You do not have a SHORT Unlimited subscription through Google Play Billing, and your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
② Your subscription is displayed as "Cancelled."
