If you are unable to play or watch videos or if your gold points are not updated, the following may resolve the issues.
- Check your internet connection
- Uninstall and reinstall the FOD SHORT app
- Clear the cache
- Restart the device
- Check your smartphone's storage capacity
*If the storage capacity of your smartphone is insufficient, there may be the case in which data is not updated and unable to use the app.

[Clear Cache]
1. From My Page > App Information, select "App Settings."
2. Click the trash can next to "Clear Cache."
[Reinstall]
1. Press and hold the FOD SHORT app icon, press the minus sign, and select "Delete App."
2. Open the App Store, reinstall the app.

[Clear Cache]
1. Select "Settings" > "Storage."
2. Press "Apps" and select the FOD SHORT app.
3. Select "Clear Cache."
[Reinstall]
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Press the profile icon on the right side of the screen, select "Apps & Device Management" > "Manage apps & device" > "FOD SHORT App."
3. Select the FOD SHORT app and press the trash can.
4. Select "Uninstall" to complete the uninstallation.
5. Open the Google Play Store app, reinstall the FOD SHORT app.
